Chris Hemsworth Shares his Chest Workout

Hemsworth has continued to show off different exercises, such as agility and explosive strength.

Incline Chest Press – 4 sets for 12 reps

Seated Chest Press – 4 sets for 12 reps

Cable Flys – 4 sets for 12 reps

Wide Arm Pushups – 4 sets for 10 reps

Chris Hemsworth shared a clip showing off all exercises, along with sets and reps to perform.

An energetic Hemsworth began by calling all viewers to give full effort over the course of the workout. 

He recommended resting for 60 seconds between each set.

It is clear that Chris Hemsworth is going to continue to focus on fitness and share different workouts.
